Join us as we honor our esteemed Executive Director, Bruce Chattin, who will be retiring on August 31, 2024, marking the end of our fiscal year. This is a significant milestone for our Association, and we have planned a series of special events throughout the weekend to celebrate Bruce's many years of service and his remarkable contributions to our Association and industry.  

At our 55th annual gathering, we are thrilled to welcome Cory LeeAnn Shaw, Co-Executive Director, new and returning members. This event is a testament to the enduring strength of our community. The Summer Meeting provides a unique opportunity to renew the many friendships and relationships that make this event a cherished tradition.

Our room block at Campbell's is just about sold out. Contact Campbell's at 800.553.8225 (group # 730200) to secure your room. As needed, Mary will assist with coordinating the waitlist with Campbells. Those on the waitlist will be contacted if a room becomes available. If you have reserved a room and your plans have changed, please inform Mary at 206.878.1622.

To sign up for this event online, make sure you have these details ready: 

For Adults

Please provide the name and company name of ALL adults attending. For spouses and guests, enter "Guest of Company Name" in the field. Emails are not required for spouses but are helpful if we need to communicate important information.

For Kids

For Saturday's Kids Night Out (KNO), you will be asked for their ages and shirt sizes. The older kids can stay onsite, opting out of KNO or bowling at Chelan Lanes, an offsite KNO activity. Kids participating in offsite KNO will also enjoy a treat at the nearby Lakeview Drive-In. Kids who stay onsite will receive a gift card for the same.

For Golf

You may register up to 2 foursomes. For incomplete foursomes, you can request to play with other golfers. Be sure to book a room for Thursday night! You won't want to miss the opportunity to play Gamble Sands! Gamble Sands - "Best 200 Resort Courses" "Best Courses You Can Play, state by state." Awesome Wiffle Ball!

You won't want to miss the Awesome Wiffle Ball tournament on Saturday morning! Come as a spectator or participate. For planning purposes, during registration, we will ask if you plan to attend. There is no cost to play. All registrants will get a free shirt. Have your t-shirt sizes ready! After the tournament, the fun heats up with a ballpark picnic and a chance to dunk the director!
