ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I

Hands On Training Course

During this 8 hour training class, the instructor will demonstrate all of the concrete testing procedures required for ACI certification including Temperature, Slump, Air Content with a pressure meter, Unit Weight, Air Content with a volume meter and making cylinders. The students will have hands on opportunity to practice each of the procedures giving them confidence in their testing ability prior to taking the ACI field testing technician exam.

About the Instructor

This hands-on training course is presented by Nick Averill. Nick has been in the construction materials testing industry for 24 years. He has been teaching and training technicians to perform basic field tests on fresh concrete for most of his career. Nick provides the students with the benefit of his energetic and engaging training approach.
