Fifth Annual Clay Shoot

Registration Prep
To help you prepare for registration, the following fields will be required for each shooter:
- Full Name
- Company Name
- Email Address
- Member Affiliation (WA ACI Chapter, WACA, Both, or Non-Member)
- Shooting Experience Level (First-Time/Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
- Gun Needs (Bringing their own or renting)
- If registering a squad (5 shooters) - pick a squad name
- Registration add-on, Pre-event First-Time/Beginner Training, Practice Round/s, Annie Oakley Competition participation.
- T-shirt size. Click to view the size guide. Note: We will do our best, but T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed for registrations received after April 10.
- 2025 Clay Shoot Liability Waiver The liability waivers will be available at the range during check-in. You may also download the linked waiver and bring your completed one to the tournament.

Lunch will be catered by Pecado Bueno. The menu includes mini-grilled chicken and pork carnitas tacos served with three cheese blend, pico de Gallo, mango/pineapple pico, and habanero salsa. Slow-roasted pulled pork and flame-broiled BBQ chicken sliders with peppers and onions. Served with southwest coleslaw, mac & cheese, garden salad, and thick-cut potato chips.

Schedule
- 7:30 AM Beginner Training - required for all first-time shooters. Check in at registration first.
- 7:30 AM Check-in for all - go to registration to check in.
- 8:30 AM Mandatory Orientation
- 9:30 AM Practice fields open - registration add-on or purchase at the event. Trap field only.
- 10:15 AM Call to stations - check your shooter's badge for your starting position.
- 11:30 - 1:15 PM Lunch - Pecado Bueno | Pavilion
- 3:00 PM Annie Oakley Competition | Trap fields (registration add-on & may be purchased at the range)
- 4:00 PM Reception, Raffle drawing, and Tournament prizes - Must be present to win!
Tournament and Competition
The tournament will be judged in squads of five who compete in a round of trap (25 targets for each shooter) and sporting clays (25 targets for each shooter). Cash prizes will be awarded to the best team, "most room for improvement" team, best male shooter, best female shooter, best rookie male, and best rookie female.

You can set up your own tent, with goodies and swag supplied by you, near the food pavilion or Trap Fields. A table and chair, lunch, event t-shirt, and reception will be provided. Alcohol will not be permitted during the tournament. Limited to 5 Vendors

Cancellation Policy
Once the Association/Chapter has given a guaranteed count to the venue, a registration refund is impossible. Attendance guarantees are based on registrations and are typically required 2-weeks before the event date.
